The primary mission of the
Department of Management Services is to provide program, fiscal and budgetary policy development and analysis support to the City Manager and City Council for use in formulating City Policies. To accomplish this, the Department manages the process for the development of the Annual Operating Budget and Six Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP); it performs fiscal impact analysis on major projects, provides multi-year forecasts of key revenues and expenditures, and tracks performance and benchmark data.
