Passports

The City Clerk's Office is a full service passport acceptance agent. The office provides passport applications, photos and shipping.

A passport is an internationally recognized travel document that verifies the identity and nationality of the bearer. A valid U.S. passport is required to enter and leave most foreign countries. Only the U.S. Department of State has the authority to grant, issue or verify United States passports.

Appointments are scheduled Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This office only accepts checks or money orders.

Applications can be completed prior to coming in but, it must be signed in front of a Passport Agent.
All applications must be filled out in black or blue ink.
All applications must be printed by hand or by typewriter.
Applications can be obtained online at U.S. State Department Web site.
