The Community Policy and Management Team was established to implement the mandates of the Virginia Comprehensive Services Act for At-Risk Youth and Families which the 1992 Virginia General Assembly enacted to create a coordinated system of services and funding to meet the needs of troubled youth and their families and at-risk children.
The Team shall report to City Council through the City Manager.
