The Community Medical Advisory Commission shall advise City Council regarding:
· The provision of medical services in the City, including hospitals, trauma centers, medical campuses, health care institutions, physicians and medical care providers, ambulance services and emergency medical services;
· Matters affecting the provision of medical services in the City that arise from Certificates of Public Need (CON), the Medicare and Medicaid programs and health insurance matters; and
· Advice on other matters related to the delivery of medical services as may be assigned by the City Council.
