The Board shall have such authority as is conferred upon it by the provisions of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Ordinance.
The Board may make, alter and rescind rules and forms for its procedures, consistent with the Ordinances of the City, including, without limitation, Sections 114 and 115 of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Ordinance and the general laws of the Commonwealth.
The Board shall render an Annual Report, including attendance records, to the City Council via the City Clerk's Office no later than September First of each year. For further information click here.
