The Chesapeake Bay Alcohol Safety Action Program shall provide probation, education and rehabilitation of persons charged with or in violation of Sec. 18.2-266 of the Code of Virginia, or of a similar ordinance of any county, city or town (driving under the influence of alcohol beverages and other self administered drugs).
