4-H Adult Volunteer Leader's Association - This organization is open to adult 4-H volunteers who are interested in keeping up-to-date on 4-H Clubs and programming in the City of Virginia Beach.
Foragers 4-H Beekeeping Club – Come learn why these insects are vital to our lives and eventually become a beekeeper to your own hive. The Foragers 4-H Beekeeping Club meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Virginia Beach Extension Office, 2449 Princess Anne Rd. (Bldg. 14, Municipal Center)
4-H Craft Club - The Craft Club is open to youth ages 5-19 and meets at the 4-H Office the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Club activities include rubber stamping, painting, jewelry design, paper crafts, soap making and community service projects. Joining 4-H is free; however, there may be nominal fees to cover materials used in the classes.
4-H Livestock Club - The Livestock Club is a community service club for youth ages 9-19 and has project emphasis on livestock, e.g., steers, hogs, sheep, and poultry.
Meetings are held the 4th Monday of each month at Charity United Methodist Church from 7-8 p.m.
4-H Teen Club - Teen Club is open to youth ages 13-19. The club focuses on positive teen development, conducts community service projects and sponsors fun social activities during the year.
Meetings are held at the Kempsville Recreation Center the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Room 105.
First Landing 4-H Club – This military community club meets on Joint Expeditionary Base Fort Story for military dependents ages 5-19. Contact the Virginia Beach Extension Office (4-H Office) for more information on meeting times and location.
Golden Leaves 4-H Club – This military community club meets on Naval Air Station, Oceana for military dependents ages 5-19. Contact the Virginia Beach Extension Office (4-H Office) for more information on meeting times and location.
Ocean Lakes Elementary School (OLES) Afterschool 4-H Craft Club – The OLES Afterschool 4-H Craft Club is open to 5th graders at Ocean Lakes Elementary School. Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month during the school year. Club activities include paper crafting and rubber stamping. Contact the school for more information.
Red Baron Riders 4-H Horse and Pony Club - Red Baron Riders is open to youth ages 9-19 who are interested in horses, horsemanship, showing, veterinary science, leadership, horse judging, and community service. Meetings are held the 1st Thursday of each month at the Virginia Beach Extension Office at 7 p.m.
Seahorse Riders 4-H Horse Club - Seahorse Riders is open to youth ages 9-19 who are interested in horses and other 4-H projects and activities.
Top Shooters 4-H Shooting Education Club - is open to youth ages 9-19 who are interested in gaining knowledge on safe firearm handling.
The Club offers youth a wide variety of disciplines to choose from: Archery, Air Pistol, Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, Muzzleloader and Hunting.
Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Virginia Beach 4-H Office from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Towne Center Krafty Kidz - This community club has activities specializing in crafts as well as club projects such as sewing and computers for youth ages 5-19.
