The City of Virginia Beach Department of Housing & Neighborhood Preservation (DHNP) will hold a public hearing regarding two issues:
1. A review of the city’s performance using federal funds in fiscal year
2011-12
2. A Needs Assessment Public Hearing for the purpose of obtaining input
regarding the use of federal Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG), HOME, Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and Housing
Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) funds for the fiscal year
that will begin on July 1, 2013
This input will be used to guide development of the Annual Action Plan for the use of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds received by the city. Input could pertain to a new or existing activity, its funding, or how an activity is implemented.
