Bow Creek Recreation Center patrons and neighbors are invited to enjoy activities and refreshments in tribute of the impact the recreation center has had on so many people’s lives.
Youth can enjoy a Nerf War and fun inflatables in the gym. A slide show and albums of the facility’s history will be available along with light refreshments. A Virginia Beach Recreation Center membership or day pass is required.
The recreation center will be closed starting August 25, 2012 and is slated to reopen Fall 2014. For details and the timeline for Bow Creek’s modernization, please visit
