Upcycling: Altered Books

Teens will break all the rules as they rip, puncture, paint, and glue discarded books to create art! The goal is to alter the book's appearance, turning it into a new form of artistic expression. Registration begins Thursday, July 19, 2012. Stop in or call the library at 385-2630 to register.
