The Community Consultations are the final step in the process to gather information related to the Virginia Beach Crisis Response System Study, which is being conducted by OrgCode Consulting, Inc. The study will recommend changes to the current emergency system that is designed to help individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or who are at risk find housing.
