You may register to vote if you are a United States citizen, a resident of Virginia, will be 18 years of age by the day of the next General Election, have had your voting rights restored if you have ever been convicted of a felony and have had your capacity restored if you have been declared mentally incapacitated in a Circuit Court.
Registration is closed 29 days before an election as required by Commonwealth law. Residents must register in the precinct in which they reside. Absentee Ballot Applications are available upon request.
