The Great Neck Park Pavilion will provide a new venue to the Virginia Beach community where a variety of events can be hosted all year round. The Pavilion will have a maximum occupancy of 120 people and will feature:

  • Heating & air conditioning
  • Interior restrooms
  • Audio-visual & Information Technology capabilities
  • Caterer’s kitchen with refrigeration and warming equipment
  • Tables & chairs available for events
  • Outdoor patio with lighting & electrical outlets

This project also includes the construction of a separate public restroom building near the Pavilion. The public restrooms will be accessible to users of the entire park during park hours.

These new facilities will replace the existing dilapidated public restrooms, storage buildings, and park offices that are currently on the site.
